Our manufacturing process, developed by Tesla engineers, operates in facilities 1/100th the size of traditional wood plants. This compact footprint enables micro-plants to be situated close to waste streams, further reducing environmental impact.
All offcuts, end-of-life products, and manufacturing waste are 100% recyclable, contributing to a circular economy. A 4' x 8' x 1/2" Supersede board produces only 10% of the CO2e emissions of an equivalent marine plywood sheet, while also eliminating VOCs and toxic chemicals.
