Working with OEM customers means working inside tight production schedules, where a small disruption can hold up a whole program. Sean describes how Supersede's team spends time on customers' production floors to see the workflow firsthand, and how that led to a custom drill guide for installing dense boards into a chassis at line speed. With no off-the-shelf option available, the team designed and metal 3D printed the tool in about a week.
